TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lotus Fleurs PH – Fleurever Flowershop By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to the terms below.

  Product Quality

• Flowers and balloons are best used on the day of delivery or pickup.

• Quality naturally declines after 12–24 hours.

• Flowers usually last 2–3 days with proper care.

• Balloons may last 6 hours to 2 days, depending on type and environment.

• Balloon deflation and sticker peeling over time are normal and not considered defects.

Delivery 

• Delivery requests are accepted as long as the order is placed at least 2 hours before the preferred delivery time, subject to availability.

• Exact delivery time is not guaranteed unless the ON-TIME Delivery Add-On is purchased.

• During peak seasons (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day), time requests are not accepted.

 Delivery Issues

• Please ensure the address and contact details are complete and correct.

• If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or lack of response, redelivery fees (PHP 500–1,500) may apply.

• Delivery received by guards, receptionists, or staff is considered successfully completed.

 Pick-Up Orders

• Clients must arrange their own courier.

• Air-conditioned vehicles only; motorcycles are not allowed.

• Once released, the order is considered received in good condition, and we are no longer liable for damage.

 Refunds & Replacements

• Issues must be reported within 2 hours of receipt, with photos.

• After 2 hours, we are no longer responsible for mishandling. 

• If the issue is proven to be our fault, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

• Outdoor use is at the client’s risk.

 

Products & Photos

 • Product photos are for reference only; slight variations may occur.

• If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal value and quality.

 Payment, Changes & Cancellation

 • All orders are non-refundable once paid.

• Order processing begins immediately after payment. 

• No cancellations or changes during peak seasons.

• Unpaid orders after Cut off date will be automatically cancelled.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters). Orders will be rescheduled when possible.
