Due to the high volume of Mother's Day orders on May 11 & 12, we are unable to accomodate specific delivery time requests that day. Rest assured, we'll be working tirelessly to deliver your products between 7am to 3pm on that special day!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS

While we aim to give the perfect arrangement and service, flowers and balloons are unpredictable. So here are some reminders to make everything easier on both ends.

• Every arrangement looks different cause flowers bloom differently.
• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and warm environments.
• Balloons are sensitive to heat and easily punctured.

SERVICE

• If a certain flower suddenly becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute it with similar kind.

• In terms of unforeseen events, such as but not limited to acts of god, emergencies, and unusual events, which cause the delay or no delivery of the product, no refund will be made instead a store credit of the same amount paid will be given.

• We arrange and ship your orders in good faith hence we do not allow refund and / or replacement in any form for the loss and damages once products are in transit.

• We will no longer be responsible caused by mishandling by the recipient two (2) hours from time of delivery.

DELIVERY

Delivery Details

• Kindly provide complete delivery address preferably with a landmark and alternative contact number to avoid delays on the delivery.

Grace Period

• We give 15 minutes grace period in dropping off a delivery. Sender is expected to be attentive and to communicate well with the rider during delivery time of his/her order.

In case Sender is not responsive

• In case there is negligence on the part of the sender like for example s/he cannot be reached via phone or SMS, we will be postponing the delivery to a later time to prioritize pending delivery for that day. Another delivery fee amounting to the original amount of delivery fee must be paid.
• In case the order happens to be a surprise for someone and sender is still not responsive, we will be forced to contact the recipient.
